Partner Center

Join hands with global partners to share opportunities and build a prosperous future together

To further expand global automotive aftermarket and industrial lubricant markets, activate localized client resources, and deepen the "mutual prosperity" cooperation philosophy, the company officially launches the Global Partner Program. Focusing on three core export categories — tires, auto parts and packaged lubricants — the program recruits independent business partners worldwide with zero-threshold light investment, shared revenue and clear responsibilities as core principles.

Cooperation Scope

Partners may only promote the company's full range of tire, auto part and packaged lubricant export products; bulk commodities (ore imports, base oil exports) are the company's direct operation segment and are not included in the Global Partner Program.

Core Cooperation Model

Company Responsibilities

Responsible for product supply, pricing control, international trade contracting, foreign exchange settlement, customs clearance, logistics and shipping, and after-sales technical support for cooperative categories, bearing supply-chain fulfillment responsibilities and core operational risks.

Partner Responsibilities

Responsible for market promotion, client development, demand matching and business connections within authorized regions, assisting in maintaining client relationships; partners have no formal contracting or pricing rights, and all orders are subject to final company confirmation. Both parties are equal business partners; after order payment is received in full and fulfillment completed, order profits are shared at agreed ratios.

Partner Tiers & Tiered Commission System

All commissions are calculated solely on "distributable net profit", with automatic promotion based on cumulative annual distributable net profit (USD).

Stackable Incentive Policies

New Client Award

For first-time cooperating clients developed by partners, the first order receives an additional one-time 5% commission on top of the base rate.

Quality Payment Award

Orders with 100% prepayment before shipping receive an extra +1% commission; orders with clean L/C at sight payments receive an extra +0.5%.

Annual Benchmark Award

Top 3 partners globally by annual cumulative net profit receive additional rewards of 3%, 2% and 1% of their total annual commission respectively.

Loyalty Renewal Award

After 2 consecutive years of cooperation meeting minimum performance standards, the base commission rate increases permanently by +1% from year 3; after 3 years, permanently +2%, capped at +2%.

Commission Settlement & Payment Rules

1

Settlement Prerequisites

Commission calculation starts after the client's full payment for a cooperative order is received, goods are normally shipped, and no disputes exist.

2

Per-Order Pre-Settlement

Within 15 business days after an order meets settlement conditions, commission is calculated per the partner's current cumulative performance tier, a Commission Settlement Statement is issued, and payment is arranged after partner confirmation.

3

Annual Reconciliation

By January 15 each year, the previous year's total performance is reconciled; total annual commission is calculated per the final annual tier, with any difference versus payments already made settled within 1 month.

4

Payment Method

Commissions are remitted through compliant cross-border channels to the partner's designated overseas bank account; commissions are pre-tax, and partners bear all applicable income and business taxes in their country/region.

5

Bad Debt Handling

For bad debts (client overdue over 180 days with failed collection), the corresponding commission is not settled; if already paid, the company may deduct an equal amount from future pending commissions. Partners bear risk only up to the commission earned on that order, with no additional bad debt liability.

Promotion Rules

Exit Mechanisms

  • Voluntary exit: partners may apply in writing 30 days in advance to terminate cooperation; unsettled commissions are settled upon termination
  • Performance elimination: the company may terminate cooperation if a regular partner has no valid orders for 6 consecutive months, or annual cumulative net profit falls below $20K
  • Violation termination: for violations including unauthorized quoting, unauthorized business, harming company interests, leaking secrets, or breaching non-compete agreements, the company immediately terminates cooperation, withholds unsettled commissions, and reserves the right to claim damages
  • Client ownership: upon termination, all developed client resources belong to the company; partners may no longer conduct business in the company's name or privately contact clients to facilitate transactions
